【EV11 Classic Tailored Shirt】

シルクの名産地・イタリア,コモ地方のシルク16匁は、GEOFFREY B.SMALLが長く重用しているワードローブに欠かせない素材のひとつ。
The 16-momme silk from Como, Italy, a famous silk-producing region, is one of the essential materials in the wardrobe that GEOFFREY B. SMALL has been relying on for a long time.
EV11 Classic Shirtは、GEOFFREY B.SMALLがベネチアにてアトリエを構える地・カヴァルツェレ(Cavarzere)の昔の街並みをプリントした柄を、10時間以上かけて熟練の職人がSuperworkroom内で染め上げたもの。
The EV11 Classic Shirt features a print of the old streets of Cavarzere, where GEOFFREY B.SMALL has his atelier in Venice, and was dyed by skilled artisans in the Superworkroom over more than 10 hours.

水の都・ベネチアの中心地から少し離れた今も昔の佇まいを色濃く残すカヴァルツェレ(Cavarzere)。
深い色に浸かった青みのあるシルクシャツとなりました。
Cavarzere, a town not far from the heart of the Water City Venice, still retains much of its old-time charm.
It became a blue-toned silk shirt soaked in a deep color.
一着、一着が、全て手作業で進められる服作り。
ボタンホールは太番手のシルク糸を使うため、ミシンは使わず手縫いで行われます。
細部に至るまで丁寧な工程を経て、Carrefourへ到着した一着です。
Each piece of clothing is made entirely by hand.
Because thick silk thread is used for the buttonholes, they’re stitched by hand instead of with a machine.
Every detail goes through careful steps, and this piece has finally arrived at Carrefour.
夏場、Tシャツの上にさっと羽織るだけでスタイリングでき、室内・屋外の環境で、羽織ったり脱いだり調整していただくのがおすすめ。
In the summer, you can style it just by quickly throwing it over a T-shirt, and it’s recommended to adjust by putting it on or taking it off depending on whether you’re indoors or outdoors.
